A great deal of human suffering is created within relationships and with right practice, much of it can be undone there as well. Bringing open hearted attention to our relationships will surely yield blessed changes.
For this purpose, I have developed a simple method for the practice of Mindfulness in the relational field.
The method distills 4 modes of speech which cover the entire range of verbal communication, 5 bodily postures, 2 eye positions and 7 practices.
The modes of speech, bodily and eye postures are based on a direct observation of human communication and the 7 practices are supported by the central contemporary mindfulness and compassion bodies of research and theory.
